The Encounter
- INSTALLMENT 1:
The Encounter is my personal favorite book and we start it off right with a beginning unlike any other. Installment 1 is also shorter than any other since we started it at the end of another show.
Narrated by Tobias, this book covers the basics of the human-bird psyche and explores the reality that this amazing bird-boy lives in every day. Hawkward moments, random topics of discussion, the phantom caller and the promise of a competition that never occurs all in a forty minute episode.

- INSTALLMENT 2:
The evening of April Fools Day...the worst holiday ever...which means that we have to celebrate this on the show. So, we spend the first half of the show getting all of our tangents, phone calls, and painfully boring discussions. We did this so that we could play a prank and spend the second half of the show completely serious and almost professional...get it...oh neither do I...but it was funny at the time.

- INSTALLMENT 3:
After covering most of the book on April Fools Day, the crew attempts to continue the good behavior of the second half of the previous show in order to finish the book and actually don't do that poorly.
The action becomes more exciting as Tobias recovers from his almost successful suicide attempt and hawk relapse. The attack on the ship commences and all hell breaks loose with an ambiance created in the studio by DJ CJ.
